Other terms and conditions:

3% discount if full year is paid in advance before move-in date.

Application Fee: $75 required at application. It will include credit check for you and your guarantor and background check on applicant. $75 fee will be credited to your account upon approval of a signed lease. The fee is non-refundable if lease is not completed.

Move in and Technology Connection fee. $175 at beginning of lease only  paid at time of lease acceptance commitment. Non-refundable when you commit to hold a unit/room.

Security deposit: $250 per bed

All leases will require parental guarantee unless proof of income makes you independently eligible to pay the rent.
